Other Courses
Recently we have been running several "Introduction to Accelerated Oxidation" training sessions for several clients. the purpose of this training is to help persons understand what Accelerated Oxidation is and know what they can do to prevent this Accelerated Oxidation developing into a heating or Spontaneous Combustion event. Feedback from recent sessions includes;
- The presentation made them aware of the early indications to look out for.
- The presentation was presented well. Including the slides and verbal manner.
- A good knowledge of the subject was put across to the men.
- The reactive process was explained well. Helping them understand the physical nature of spon com
- They also enjoyed the description of past events. This gave them a good understanding of the topic.
- They liked learning what the deputies have learned.
The latest course we have prepared is MNCG1107A Establish and Maintain the OH&S Management System due to a recommendation from recent Coroners Inquest into a fatal accident at a Qld Coal Mine. it has been recommended that, as the Site Senior Executive has the Obligation under the Coal Mining Safety & Health Act 1999, to develop the S&HMS, they therefore would require the competency to do so.
