Moura No 2

The Moura No 2 Disaster occurred on the 7th August 1994. The following report examined the Moura No. 2 Incident including the findings, recommendations and the outcome of the Task Groups as far as is known and through detailed research attempted to ascertain where the industry presently stands with respect to the implementation of the Mining Inquiry Recommendations.
